What you'll be doing

As a PA in Sainsbury's Tech, you will play a crucial role in providing professional and confidential support, managing the efficient flow of information, and resolving issues to ensure smooth operations. You will be responsible for effectively managing the Director's diary, prioritising requests for time and long-term commitments according to Sainsbury's Tech and operational priorities. Additionally, you will assist in the review and preparation of communications on behalf of the Head of Tech, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. You will serve as the admin for various Microsoft Teams sites, organise and coordinate meetings, and facilitate agenda setting for meetings. Furthermore, you will collaborate with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish positive working relationships, support the resolution of queries, and take minutes in meetings as required. Your attention to detail, ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and maintain a high level of confidentiality will be crucial to your success as a PA in Sainsbury's Tech.

With your excellent communication skills and attention to detail, you manage a wide range of administrative, analytical, and organisational tasks with minimal supervision. Your ability to prioritise and manage various commitments, including diary management, communication review, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements, ensures the smooth flow of information and facilitates the Director's ability to meet their commitments effectively. Building strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally, you contribute to the success of the Tech team by assisting in the delivery of team objectives and providing valuable support in areas such as data analysis, budget management, and project coordination. Your integrity, adaptability, and proactive approach make you a trusted and reliable partner in supporting the Sainsbury's Tech.
