About the team

Our Technical & Ethical team plays a critical role in bringing safe, high-quality and compliant General Merchandise products to our customers. Working collaboratively across Buying, Design, Sourcing, Sustainability and Supply Chain, the team combines technical expertise with strong commercial awareness to support innovative product development across our ranges. You will be responsible for ensuring all products meet required safety, quality and legal standards, working closely with suppliers, sourcing teams and international technical colleagues to manage risk, technical approvals and critical path timelines.

Day to day, you will review product specifications, materials and test reports, approve artwork and packaging, and support new product development through benchmarking and product evaluation.
