What you'll be doing

As a PDC Coordinator within our In-House Creative and Content agency, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our Product Development centre (PDC). Your responsibilities will include receiving, booking in, and labelling products, as well as delivering them to designated areas within agreed timelines. With a keen eye for detail, you will maintain accurate records and coordinate sample disposal and archive requests. Building strong relationships with the Post Room and Commercial buying teams, you will facilitate seamless product handling and provide regular updates on product status. Your organisational skills will extend to maintaining the tidiness and organisation of the PDC spaces, adhering to health and safety policies at all times. With a collaborative mindset and a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences, you will contribute to the overall success of our creative endeavours.

Who you are

As the PDC Coordinator for Zest, our in-house creative and content agency, you are a detail-oriented and organised professional who thrives in a fast-paced stockroom environment. With experience in stock management or stock audit, you have a strong understanding of warehouse stock management systems and can efficiently handle the receipt, labelling, and storage of products. Your excellent communication skills allow you to establish collaborative relationships with the commercial buying team and the post room colleagues to ensure timely delivery and retrieval of samples and products. With a focus on maintaining tidiness and adhering to health and safety policies, you take pride in ensuring the PDC spaces are well-organised. Your commitment to accuracy and attention to detail contribute to the exceptional shopping experience we provide to our customers.

Essential criteria

Proven experience in stock management, stock control, or stock audit within a stockroom, warehouse, or operational environment.

Hands‑on experience receiving, booking in, labelling, storing and distributing products or samples.

Experience using warehouse or stock management systems to maintain accurate product records.

Demonstrable experience adhering to health and safety policies and procedures in an operational setting.
