What you'll do
As a Photographer at Sainsbury's Zest Production Studio, you will be responsible for delivering first-class creative content, focusing on producing E-commerce, furniture, and general merchandise photography for Argos, Habitat, and Sainsbury's platforms. Your role will require a keen eye for detail, advanced knowledge of lighting and composition, and strong organisational skills to effectively manage projects and meet production targets. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to interpret and implement photography direction for eCommerce, maintain photography standards, drive workflow improvements for faster delivery, and stay updated on industry trends to inspire creative growth. Additionally, you will provide expertise in cross-functional meetings, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives and maintaining a high level of quality and compliance in all imagery produced.
Who you are
As a Photographer at Sainsbury's Zest Creative Agency, you are a talented and experienced professional with a keen eye for detail, advanced skills in lighting and composition, and a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in creating visually compelling interior and product imagery. With your ability to work both in a studio environment using flash and on location using natural daylight, coupled with your production workflow knowledge and content quality control experience, you play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, on-brand photography across eCommerce platforms for Argos, Habitat, and Sainsburys. Your dedication to creative excellence, collaboration with stakeholders, and proactive approach to driving workflow improvements make you an invaluable asset in the production of premium imagery that meets brand standards and elevates the creative direction of projects.
Essential criteria
Proven experience working as a Photographer within an in‑house brand or creative agency environment.
Demonstrable experience shooting general merchandise and interiors photography.
Proven experience shooting: In‑studio using flash and on location using natural daylight.
Strong portfolio showcasing interior and product imagery across multiple platforms, with evidence of both studio and location shoots.
Experience delivering photography for e‑commerce content.
