Why join us

Joining the Digital Marketing team at Sainsbury's as an Influencer Associate for Argos and Habitat offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of innovative social campaigns and creator partnerships. You'll have the chance to work on industry-leading influencer programmes, drive engaging content production, and contribute to high-performing social media strategies that set us apart in the competitive landscape. With a focus on creativity, collaboration, and continuous learning, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values passion, initiative, and the drive to take our influencer content to new heights.

What you'll do

As an Influencer Associate at Sainsbury's Digital Marketing division, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Influencer Lead to execute Argos and Habitat's ambitious Influencer programme. Your responsibilities will include managing creator partnerships, overseeing content production, and driving innovative, high-performing social campaigns that set the brands apart from competitors (such as our award-winning social comedy series Arghaus). You will work closely with influencer agencies, collaborate on ad-hoc brand-building social opportunities with high-profile talent and celebrities (such as Luke Littler). You will also work closely with the paid media team to ensure that influencer content is effectively utilised for wider campaigns. Additionally, you will be instrumental in identifying new creators, nurturing long-term partnerships, and maintaining brand guidelines to safeguard brand integrity. Your passion for social media trends, proactive approach to generating content ideas, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be essential in contributing to the success of the influencer programme.

Who you are

As an Influencer Associate for Sainsbury's Digital Marketing division, you are a dynamic and creative professional with a genuine passion for social media and influencer marketing. With a keen eye for emerging trends and rising creators, you thrive on generating innovative content ideas and driving high-performing social campaigns.
