This role is a 12-month fixed term contract working remotely from home and our London office, up to 2 days a week.

More about the Role:
As a Transformation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the future supermarket & convenience blueprint, digitisation, and checkout innovation.
Reporting to the Head of Transformation, you will lead cross-functional programme teams, partnering with stakeholders from all areas of the business, including finance and subject matter experts.
You will be responsible for taking projects and shaping the vision, trialling, scaling, delivering, and reviewing projects, with current initiatives at various points in this lifecycle, include shaping and scoping complex programmes, fostering collaborative ways of working, and ensuring change is delivered at pace.
You will help embed new ways of thinking, champion innovation, and support delivery at governance meetings, always keeping the customer at the heart of what you do.

You are highly organised with a growth mindset and a strong track record in programme or change management.
You bring an analytical approach to solving business problems, using data and insight to inform decisions and drive projects forward. Your curiosity drives you to challenge the status quo and you are comfortable working in ambiguous environments, always seeking clarity and simplicity.
You excel in building relationships across all levels, communicate with influence, and facilitate environments that support agile delivery and rapid learning. Your collaborative approach and can-do attitude inspire others to get behind transformation initiatives, and you role model the behaviours that drive positive, sustainable change.
Essential Criteria:
- Proven experience of leading cross-functional programmes delivering benefits over a multi-year period.
- Demonstrable success in shaping and implementing major change projects or programmes.
- Strong ability to use data and external insights to drive decision-making in complex projects.
- Evidence of synthesising information to identify strategic business issues and present clear recommendations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- Strong commercial acumen
