Better still, the team around you will listen to your ideas and opinions, and you’ll have every chance to try something new. The sheer scale and complexity of our set-up means there’s always something else around the corner, and we’ll help and support you every step of the way. We’re trusted to get on with it. So get ready to make things happen here.

Why join us

Joining Sainsbury's as a Compliance System Coordinator means being part of a collaborative and dynamic team that values integrity, innovation, and continuous improvement. You’ll have the opportunity to work closely with various stakeholders, both internally and externally, to ensure the smooth flow of information and compliance across our estate. With access to personal development tools, on-the-job training, and a supportive work environment, you can showcase your expertise in compliance, organisational skills, and analytical abilities while contributing to impactful projects and initiatives. Embrace the opportunity to grow professionally, navigate fast-paced challenges, and make a real difference within a leading multi-channel retailer.

What you'll do

You would be working in collaboration with the FM Compliance Team to provide support to the wider FM Performance team and Property Division, alongside our key partner C365. Your primary focus will be on managing administrative functions using the CAFM application, ensuring the timely and accurate prioritisation of tasks to maintain compliance across the estate.

You’ll be accountable for uploading and prioritising information using our CAFM system and assisting Compliance Coordinators with general requests and mobilisations through a shared inbox. You’ll also work collaboratively with our cross-functional FM Systems team—including Compliance Coordinators, Application Manager, System Coordinator, Helpdesk Manager, and Supplier Payment Coordinators.

You will be responsible for facilitating the flow of information between internal stakeholders, external contractors, and translating this information to ensure we remain compliant. You’ll also provide analytical and organisational support to drive corporate priorities and maintain compliance standards.

Who you are

You’re a dedicated professional with a strong background in compliance, particularly within the FM sector, and a proven track record of using administrative systems to support effective operations. Your exceptional communication, analytical, and organisational skills enable you to collaborate cross-functionally and externally. With a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach, you excel in simplifying processes, prioritising tasks, and providing valuable support to stakeholders, demonstrating a high level of integrity and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.

Essential criteria

  • Experience providing compliance support within facilities management or a similar operational environment.
  • Evidence of applying analytical skills to simplify processes.
