Join our dynamic and forward-thinking Planning team, where innovation meets strategy. We are responsible for driving seasonal planning across multiple categories, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Our team collaborates closely with Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail and Supply Chain to deliver successful seasonal outcomes.


As the Seasonal Planning Manager, you will lead the development and execution of seasonal strategies, working cross-functionally to ensure plans are customer-focused and commercially viable. You will be instrumental in shaping the seasonal calendar, managing key planning milestones, and driving performance through insightful analysis and stakeholder engagement.

You will also contribute to key projects which will shape our use of seasonal and flexible space, driving process improvement and optimising the operation.

To be successful in this role, you will need a demonstratable ability to manage complex planning processes and influence stakeholders across various functions. You should be comfortable working with data to derive insights and make informed decisions. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as is a proactive approach to problem-solving.

We are looking for someone who is commercially aware, and passionate about delivering results. You should be able to work independently while also contributing to team success, and be committed to continuous improvement.

 

Essential Criteria

  • Demonstratable experience in seasonal or strategic planning within a retail or FMCG environment.
  • Proven ability to analyse data and translate insights into actionable plans.
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in planning tools and Microsoft Office applications, particularly a strong skillset using Excel.
