What you'll do 

As the Learning Campaigns Specialist at Sainsbury's, you will be the creative force behind crafting compelling, insight-led campaigns aligned to our learning offer that elevate the learning experience for our colleagues. Your role will involve owning and evolving a consistent brand and voice for learning, aligning it with our Employee Value Proposition and internal identity to make learning feel exciting, relevant, and personal to every colleague. By leading the agenda for learning campaigns and consulting with partners across the Talent, Capability, and Development division, you will influence stakeholders at all levels through data-driven recommendations and storytelling, driving impactful outcomes and embedding learning as a cultural norm within the organisation. You will design and deliver end-to-end marketing campaigns that support major learning initiatives, foster continuous engagement with learning across all colleague groups, and drive utilisation while building a culture where learning is celebrated and shared. 

Who you are 

As a Learning Campaigns Specialist at Sainsbury's, you are a strategic and creative professional with a proven track record in marketing, campaign planning, and employee engagement. Your ability to craft compelling narratives and translate complex learning concepts into colleague-centric benefits sets you apart, as does your talent for analysing data to inform strategy and drive impactful outcomes. With a passion for championing learning in a human, exciting, and relevant way, you excel in designing and delivering end-to-end marketing campaigns that inspire participation and embed learning as a cultural norm. Your leadership performance expectations focus on obsessing over the customer, driving performance excellence, leading beyond boundaries, and fostering fearless teams to achieve impactful results and continuous growth in the learning space. 

Essential Criteria  

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing, behaviour change, or employee engagement, preferably with a learning focus. 
  • Proven ability to design and deliver multi-channel campaigns for specific audience groups that drive behavioural change and encourage colleague participation. 
  • Evidence of aligning campaign messaging with business and individual objectives to support that ‘What’s in it for me’ to enable strategic outcomes. 
  • Ability to analyse and interpret data to inform learning initiatives and improve campaign effectiveness. 
  • Experience in partnering with or working alongside internal comms teams to leverage enterprise channels to support learning adoption.
