Joining the Brand Growth Team at Sainsbury's offers a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of driving sustainable growth for our food & drink ranges, both for our own brand and innovative emerging brands. As a Brand Growth Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of exceptional customer experiences and contributing to strategic growth initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to unlock and optimise growth opportunities. With a focus on continuous improvement, collaboration, and customer-centric innovation, this role provides a dynamic environment where you can make a tangible impact and drive the success of our brands across Sainsbury's channels.

What you'll do

You will play a crucial role in supporting the growth ambitions and key objectives for the Sainsbury's portfolio of products across the food & drink brands. Working closely with Brand Growth Managers, commercial teams, and marketing, you will contribute to delivering a brilliant customer experience for our brands across all Sainsbury's channels, aligning with the key growth initiatives of 'only @ brands at Sainsbury's'. Your responsibilities will include supporting the integration of Brand Growth Plans into the First Choice for Food ambition and existing business processes, collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage agendas and progress effectively, providing central project management, and engaging relevant stakeholders in the development and execution of growth plans. Additionally, you will support ongoing performance and action focus through data insights, driving data-led decision-making and action planning for all stakeholders.

Who you are

As a Brand Growth Executive at Sainsbury's, you are a strategic and results-driven professional with a strong background in commercial brand strategies and growth plans within the retail, FMCG, or manufacturing industry. Your expertise in project management, end-to-end project delivery, and IT systems, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, enables you to support Brand Growth Managers and the Head of Central Innovation in driving sustainable growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for Sainsbury ’ s own brand portfolio. With your customer-focused mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to analyse complex data to inform decision-making, you play a key role in unlocking growth opportunities and driving continual improvement within the Brand Growth team.
