In a nutshell:

The Tech Enablement Analyst will play a supporting role in the technology transformation activities, focusing on analysis and assessment of impacts and working with the Tech enablement leads and managers to plan for successful change adoption.

What I am accountable for:

• Involved in the cultural evolution that will be essential to the successful day-to-day running of our desired operating model. 
• Working with stakeholders as needed to understand business objectives, challenges, and transformational goals for technology change.
• Involved in assessments and analysis of current processes, systems, and organisational structures to map out change and inform broader change management strategies and plans.
• Helps to detail requirements of our change programmes working with other business analysts across the business.
• Involved in workshops to develop inputs to analyse and to share emerging ideas or final conclusions.
• Involved in training needs analysis, gap analysis and supporting the creation of associated training plans.
• Supports preparation of artefacts that further our tech literacy effort to upskill Sainsbury’s at large on our transformation agenda and drive better decisions and common understanding amongst non-tech stakeholders.
• Produces clear and concise content that explains change within and without of technology.

What I need to know - Essential:

• Awareness of change management as a discipline and curiosity to learn more.
• Demonstrated ability to take ownership and manage tasks to conclusion.
• Strong focus on execution. 
• Comfort with data and/or process maps.

What I need to know - Desirable:

• Retail experience.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Understanding and experience of Agile practices and mindset.
• E-commerce and/or retail sector experience is desirable.
• Business Analyst experience.

What I need to show:

• Good communication and relationship skills.
